Project Manager (GCC & GDC Migration)

Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Project Manager to lead GCC & GDC Migration initiatives in APAC, based in Singapore. You will guide end-to-end migration projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timeline and budget, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients while upholding AvePoint standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead GCC and GDC Migration projects from initiation through closure, including defining scope, schedules, budgets, and quality criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk and issue logs, and communication plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate status to stakeholders, manage expectations, and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and quality throughout migrations.
• Facilitate change management, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement for future migrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, cloud migrations, or data governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with data migration tools, cloud platforms, or AvePoint solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
