Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional client projects within APAC, based in Singapore. You will drive delivery from initiation to deployment, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Define objectives, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
Manage client and internal communications and expectations.
Track dependencies, mitigate risks, and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure quality deliverables and adherence to Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributors when required.
Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of project management experience.
PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira/Confluence, MS Project, Asana).
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk, and scope across multiple initiatives.
Experience in APAC or regional project delivery is a plus.
