Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project teams by coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources to support project managers
- Monitor milestones and deliverables, prepare status updates
- Maintain project documentation and meeting notes
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed
- Assist with logistics and administrative tasks related to projects
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore (SG/PR only)
