AvePoint provides data protection, governance, and collaboration solutions for cloud environments and on-premises deployments. We are seeking a PreSales Consultant to join our APAC team in Singapore.
Role: PreSales Consultant
Location: Singapore • Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept for prospects.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions; present architecture recommendations.
- Support the sales cycle with technical expertise, respond to RFPs, and articulate ROI value.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to tailor demos and solutions to customer needs.
- Represent AvePoint at regional events, webinars, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales in SaaS/cloud environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with cloud data management, backup, security, or Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Azure is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
