AvePoint is a leading global provider of data management, protection, and migration solutions. We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team in Manila, Philippines. In this role you will partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements, articulate AvePoint's product capabilities, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical guidance.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, respond to RFPs, and provide proof-of-concept runs. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services to ensure customer success and drive revenue.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will translate business needs into technical solutions, respond to technical questions, support RFP/RFI processes, and drive successful proof-of-concept engagements with prospective customers. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services to ensure customer success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer requirements
• Architect and articulate solution approaches based on AvePoint products
• Respond to technical questions and support RFP/RFI processes
• Lead or assist with proof-of-concept deployments to validate solution fit
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related technical field
• Strong understanding of cloud data management, data protection, and collaboration platforms
• Experience delivering technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
