Partner Development Manager (m/f/x) - Switzerland
AvePoint is seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to expand and manage our partner ecosystem in Switzerland and the broader EMEA region. In this role you will drive channel-based growth by recruiting, enabling and collaborating with strategic partners to deliver value to customers using AvePoint cloud data management and governance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage AvePoint's partner network in Switzerland and the EMEA region, including onboarding and enablement
- Drive revenue through channel sales and partner programs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success teams to create and execute go to market plans with partners
- Track partner performance, provide training, resources and incentives to maximize joint success
- Represent AvePoint at partner events, webinars and conferences; travel as needed
Requirements
- 5 or more years of partner management or channel sales experience in IT or SaaS
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems
- Fluent in English and German; additional Swiss languages are a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, SaaS platforms and CRM systems
