Overview
AvePoint is seeking a Partner Development Manager for the Italian Market to build and scale the company's partner ecosystem. This role is based in Barcelona, Spain and focuses on developing and enabling Italian partners to drive revenue and strategic growth for AvePoint.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard Italian channel partners and distributors
- Develop and manage a scalable partner program and enablement resources
- Collaborate with regional sales and marketing to drive partner-led pipeline and co-sell opportunities
- Manage partner performance, forecasts, and relationships to meet revenue targets
- Represent AvePoint in the Italian market and stay current on market trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Experience in partner development, channel sales, or business development for enterprise software or technology solutions (Italian market preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Italian and English
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of AvePoint or similar data protection/cloud-management platforms is a plus
