Partner Development Manager, Germany

Job Description

AvePoint is seeking a Partner Development Manager to build and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem with a focus on Germany. This full-time, on-site role based in Manila involves recruiting, enabling, and managing strategic partners, driving joint go-to-market opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to accelerate partner-led growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage AvePoint's partner relationships, with emphasis on the German market
• Recruit, onboard, train, and enable channel partners to drive co-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute partner-driven GTM plans
• Manage partner pipelines, set targets, and track performance through quarterly business reviews
• Define and administer partner programs, incentives, and enablement resources

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
• Ability to work with international partners and travel as needed
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
