AvePoint is seeking a Partner Development Manager, bilingual in German and English, to build and manage AvePoint's partner ecosystem in the APAC region from Manila, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships in the APAC region.
- Recruit and enable channel partners to drive revenue for AvePoint solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate partner-driven growth.
- Provide ongoing partner enablement, training, and support to ensure successful joint engagements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in partner development, channel management, or business development within technology or software solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a regional APAC context.
- Based in or able to work from Manila, Philippines (onsite).
