Onsite Managed Service Engineer at AvePoint
Location: Singapore • Employment Type: Full-time
AvePoint is seeking an Onsite Managed Service Engineer to join our Singapore team. In this role you will install, configure, monitor, and maintain AvePoint's managed services for enterprise customers, provide on-site and remote technical support, and ensure SLAs are met.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and operate AvePoint managed service solutions at client sites
- Monitor system performance and health; troubleshoot issues and coordinate remediation
- Provide on-site and remote support; respond to incidents within defined SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades, patches, and changes
- Document configurations, procedures, and known issues
- Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT service management or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and backup/recovery solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work onsite in Singapore and travel as needed
