AvePoint is seeking a proactive Microsoft Technical Consultant to join our professional services team in Manila. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft technologies for client environments, helping organizations maximize their use of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and define technical solutions based on Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows Server).
Design and implement deployment, migration, and integration plans.
Configure environments, write automation scripts (PowerShell), and troubleshoot issues.
Deliver technical workshops, best-practice guidance, and hands-on training for customer IT teams.
Produce runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
Collaborate with AvePoint engineers and sales teams to scope and deliver services.
Provide post-implementation support and customer success coaching.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience as a technical consultant, systems administrator, or similar role focusing on Microsoft technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure (AD, Intune, Azure AD), Exchange, SharePoint, Windows Server, and PowerShell.
Experience with migrations, identity management, security, and cloud integrations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900/365, AZ-xx) are a plus.
