Human Resources Intern (Manila Office)

Overview

AvePoint is seeking a part-time Human Resources Intern to join our Manila Office. In this role, you'll support the HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, and HRIS data maintenance. This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources operations and a learning environment with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment logistics, including posting job ads and screening resumes
• Coordinate interview schedules and communications with candidates
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities and new hire documentation
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other systems
• Assist with HR-related projects and events as needed
• Prepare routine HR communications and reports for the team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work part-time in the Manila office
