HR Generalist at AvePoint
AvePoint is hiring a Full-time HR Generalist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, APAC. This role supports day-to-day human resources operations, onboarding, HRIS data accuracy, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee relations to ensure a compliant and engaging workplace in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires in Malaysia and APAC where applicable.
- Maintain and audit HRIS data, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
- Coordinate payroll processes and benefits administration with local partners.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and workforce planning as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
