Role Overview
As a Distribution Channel Manager, you will drive channel sales strategy and partner engagement across the APAC region from Sydney, Australia. You will recruit, enable, and manage partner relationships to accelerate revenue and market reach for AvePoint's cloud data management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute APAC channel sales strategy
- Recruit, enable, and manage partner relationships
- Drive revenue and pipeline through partner channels
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Forecast, measure, and report on channel performance
- Manage partner programs and incentives
- Ensure alignment with AvePoint's GTM strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years in channel sales or partner management in software/SaaS
- Proven ability to build and scale partner networks in APAC
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and channel programs
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
