📋 Description

  • Collaborate with CS team on customer engagements to drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering; 2+ years tech support.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder mgmt.
  • Comfort with outbound calls to customers.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft365 architecture.
  • Familiarity with AvePoint Online Services (AOS) components.
  • Knowledge of SQL and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, AD).
