CRM Solution Architect

Job Description

AvePoint is seeking a CRM Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of CRM solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Arlington, VA will collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Product teams to design CRM architectures, choose platforms, define data models, and build robust integrations with other enterprise systems. You will provide technical leadership, create architecture diagrams, guide implementation projects from design through deployment, and ensure security and compliance considerations are integrated throughout.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of CRM architectures for AvePoint customers
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Evaluate and select CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and define deployment options
• Define data models, integration patterns, security controls, and governance practices
• Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and guidelines for developers and administrators
• Guide implementation projects from design through deployment, ensuring timelines and quality
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Collaborate with security/compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of CRM/enterprise architecture experience
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, data modeling, and ETL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent)
• On-site in Arlington, VA
