Role Overview
As a CRM Solution Architect at AvePoint, you will drive the architecture and delivery of scalable CRM solutions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure data quality, security, and seamless integrations across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document CRM architecture standards, patterns, and governance
- Lead design and implementation of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Plan and oversee integrations with enterprise systems and data pipelines
- Model data, manage data quality, and ensure security/compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT to align CRM initiatives with business goals
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality across deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of CRM architecture or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of at least one major CRM platform (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Strong API, integration, and data modeling skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern data platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data governance and security controls
- Experience with ERP integrations and data migrations
