AvePoint is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market analysis. The role will identify and evaluate opportunities, perform financial modeling, lead due diligence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transactions and integration efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in corporate development, finance, or strategy, and excels in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end evaluation of potential M&A targets and strategic partnerships.
Develop financial models, valuations, business cases, and investment memos.
Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors.
Present recommendations to senior leadership and support deal execution.
Drive post-merger integration planning and monitor synergy realization.
Conduct market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and pipeline.
Manage cross-functional project teams and maintain stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, strategy, or management consulting.
Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical capabilities.
Experience with M&A, partnerships, or strategic investments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and persuade.
Familiarity with AvePoint's market and cloud data management is a plus.
