Channel Solution Engineer, US at AvePoint

AvePoint is seeking a Channel Solution Engineer to enable and support our US channel partners. This role is based in Manila, Philippines, and will collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Solutions Engineering teams to drive adoption of AvePoint's cloud-based solutions through a partner network.

Overview

AvePoint is a leading provider of data management and collaboration solutions. The Channel Solution Engineer will act as a technical liaison between AvePoint and our partner ecosystem, helping partners understand, demonstrate, and implement AvePoint products to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with AvePoint's US channel partners.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical briefings to partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Solutions Engineering teams to position AvePoint’s cloud solutions.
Create enablement content, technical guides, and proof-of-concept materials for partners.
Support co-selling motions, respond to RFPs, and assist with deal execution as needed.
Stay current on product updates, roadmap, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

3+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or channel enablement, preferably in cloud/SaaS environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with teams in different regions.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
