Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead adoption and change enablement for client projects in the APAC region. In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, map change impacts, and design and deliver change management strategies that improve user adoption and realization of project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assess client readiness for transitions and develop comprehensive change management plans
Define stakeholder engagement strategies and communications plans
Create training materials, job aids, and user guides
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences
Collaborate with project teams to align change activities with timelines and milestones
Monitor adoption metrics and report progress to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks related to organizational change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; 3-5 years of change management, organizational development or business transformation experience
Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with training design, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
