AvePoint is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative - Enterprise to join our growing sales team in Munich, Germany. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing new business opportunities for AvePoint's enterprise-grade data governance and protection solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities within designated markets
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and track progression in the CRM
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and needs assessments
- Collaborate with Account Executives to close deals and achieve quotas
- Represent AvePoint at events, webinars, and outbound campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data and reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B software sales or business development experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales methodologies
- English fluency; German language skills are a plus
