Role: Business Analyst (Salesforce Experience)
We are seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to turn business needs into Salesforce-based solutions that support our CRM initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce enhancements.
- Collaborate with product, IT, and sales teams to map data flows and integrations.
- Support user acceptance testing and stakeholder sign-off.
- Contribute to process improvements and KPI tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst with familiarity in Salesforce and CRM systems.
