AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on OutSystems experience to join our APAC team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering enterprise applications.
Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of OutSystems-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for OutSystems-based solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to define scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, data models, integration specifications, and support UAT.
- Assist in solution design, data mapping, and impact analysis.
- Support project planning, risk assessments, and delivery timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and system performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on OutSystems experience.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and UAT.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; certifications a plus.
