Business Analyst (With OutSystems Experience)

Job Description

AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on OutSystems experience to join our APAC team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering enterprise applications.

Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of OutSystems-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for OutSystems-based solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to define scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create process flows, data models, integration specifications, and support UAT.
• Assist in solution design, data mapping, and impact analysis.
• Support project planning, risk assessments, and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and system performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on OutSystems experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and UAT.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; certifications a plus.

• Experience with data modeling, SQL basics, or API integration.
