AvePoint is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support government-focused projects. This full-time role in Singapore involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and translating needs into actionable specifications for delivery teams.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with government clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure the project's success and alignment with regulatory requirements and AvePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for government projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future-state business processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and test criteria.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and metrics to track project outcomes.
• Assist with project governance, risk management, and change management activities.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA to ensure deliverables meet regulatory needs.
• Ensure alignment with AvePoint products and governmental compliance requirements.
• Prepare documentation and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on government/public sector projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling (as-is/to-be), and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel; knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work in Singapore or be based locally for on-site collaboration.
