Business Analyst (Change Management Manager)

Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst (Change Management Manager) to lead and coordinate change initiatives across the APAC region. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts for strategic initiatives and system deployments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map current and future processes, and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Develop change management plans, training materials, communications, and adoption metrics.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and project teams; manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor user adoption, measure outcomes, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and/or change management; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
