AvePoint is seeking an Account-Based Experience Manager to design and execute tailored experiences for strategic accounts, bridging marketing, sales, and customer success to accelerate adoption and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead ABX programs for priority accounts
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across marketing, sales, and customer success
- Own account plans, define personas, messaging, and activation tactics
- Collaborate with product and content teams to create personalized materials
- Measure program impact and optimize based on data (ARR, pipeline, adoption)
- Lead executive briefings and customer engagements
- Mentor junior team members and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, account-based or demand generation roles
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
