AV Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and execute test campaigns for self-driving features across virtual to physical environments.
• Leverage SIL, HIL, and scenario-based simulation for validation and regression testing.
• Create synthetic and log-replay scenarios for root-cause analysis and release validation.
• Perform track and systems integration testing, including closed-course validation.
• Develop and maintain test plans and automation scripts using Python and Bash.
• Analyze logs and data to assess behavior and support root-cause investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Robotics, ECE, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years in software QA, systems testing, or mechatronic validation.
• Linux and programming/scripting: Python, C++, or Bash.
• Experience writing and developing test cases and test plans.
• Virtual/Simulation: AV sims with Applied Intuition, Carmaker, DRIVE Sim.
• HIL/Hardware: Hands-on with HIL and automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
