- PMP certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong project discipline and structured delivery mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- High attention to detail and quality in documentation and reporting.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing global AV projects (TLM experience desirable).
