AV Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day AV tech across offices and events.
• Deliver hands-on AV support, live event execution, and ops oversight.
• Support conference rooms and coordinate internal events.
• Improve AV standards, tooling, and processes.
• Translate event needs into reliable technical execution.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and external vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years in AV support, live events, or workplace tech.
• Hands-on conference room AV systems and hybrid meeting environments.
• Video conferencing platforms: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet; room systems (Logitech Rally).
• Experience executing live events including setup and teardown.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues in real time under pressure.
• Create and maintain runbooks, event playbooks, and technical documentation.
