AV & IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Full on-site IT and AV support for Twitch SF office.
• Own day-to-day IT ops and AV for meetings and events.
• On-site technical lead for All Hands and live sessions.
• Collaborate across teams to keep systems strong and users supported.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in IT support or AV engineering.
• MacOS and Windows 10/11 expertise.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi.
• AV/live production: OBS, vMix, encoders; Zoom/Meet/Webex.
• AV over IP, Dante, QSC/Q-SYS knowledge.
• Strong communication and project ownership.
• Willingness to lift equipment and work outside hours for events.
