Research and develop AV tech standards across Stripe offices
Serve as the top internal escalation point for AV issues
Maintain best-in-class collaboration support through cross-functional partnerships
Drive maturation of AV services and processes for scalability and efficiency
Support production and operation of high-tier internal events (All Hands)
Ensure AV experience is equitable and consistent globally via remote managed tech

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of enterprise AV experience in scaling builds/deployments
Experience delivering, developing, and writing complex AV solutions
High-level knowledge of AV hardware and software infrastructures
Design and support high-complexity production spaces and conference rooms
Experience managing multiple vendors globally to deliver projects on time
Precise written and verbal communication skills
