- Provide technical support to the organization for AV infrastructure-related issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Conference Rooms and event space systems
- Set up, test, and operate AV equipment for meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with maintenance schedules, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their AV needs and requirements for events and meetings
- Manage AV-related tickets and the AV calendar
🎯 Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Tech, Media Production, IT, or related field
- 2-3 years' experience supporting AV systems and live events
- Knowledge of AV tech: control systems, networking, DSP; Q-sys/Extron/Biamp/Crestron
- Experience with UCC platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet
- Understanding of Dante, AVover IP, and NDI
- Experience with video production switchers and digital audio consoles; CTS certification preferred
