Benefits Manager - FTC

Overview

Autotrader is seeking a Benefits Manager to join our People & Culture team on a 15-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This full-time role is based in Manchester and will lead the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs
• Partner with HR, payroll, and external providers to administer benefits
• Negotiate with providers and manage ongoing relationships
• Monitor program effectiveness, utilization, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and internal policies
• Communicate benefits information clearly to employees
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• Experience in employee benefits management or a related role
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
• Knowledge of UK benefits regulations and payroll integration
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

Compensation

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per year (approx USD 63,000 - 81,000 depending on exchange rate).
