🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience leading integrated hardware teams that shipped complex products.
- Startup/small company background; ownership, speed, adaptability.
- System-level design for vehicle electrical systems.
- Experience with hydraulics, electromechanical assemblies, and vehicle controls.
- SolidWorks or CAD for designing parts and assemblies.
- Experience across sensors, power, harnessing, rugged enclosures; strong communication.
