• Design and implement metrics to assess AV performance across scenarios and geofences.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for simulation and fleet metrics.
• Identify performance gaps by analyzing vehicle logs and simulation data.
• Define metric thresholds and acceptance criteria for geofence expansion.
• Communicate findings and metric frameworks to technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in data science focusing on metric design or evaluation.
• Strong proficiency in Python in production environments.
• Experience with time-series or sensor data; robotics/AV data a plus.
• Ability to distill requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Simulation-based validation and metrics.
