Autonomous Vehicle Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate AV partner conversations; schedule meetings; track follow-ups.
• Prepare crisp materials for partner meetings and leadership updates.
• Draft LOIs, MOUs, and term sheet inputs with senior origination lead.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development to evaluate partner opportunities and inform equity investments.
• Maintain accurate pipeline status with next steps across conversations.
• Develop sector knowledge (OEM, SDS, Fleet) to own deals independently.
• Support origination lead in presenting pipeline to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor the AV ecosystem to surface opportunities and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in BD, strategy, or similar commercial role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active workstreams with detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across strategy, finance, legal, and operations.
• Curiosity about AV industry and fast-moving space.
• Familiarity with LOIs, MOUs, or term sheets is a plus.
• BD or deal-making experience; exposure to equity processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of AV, automotive, mobility ecosystem is a plus.
