Automox is seeking a Senior Design System Designer to own, evolve, and scale the design system across products. This remote role (Remote - US) offers an opportunity to shape a scalable design language for Automox's platform. You will define design components, tokens, patterns, and accessibility guidelines, and you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, accessible user experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and maintenance of the design system, including components, patterns, and design tokens.
• Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and governance for design system usage.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and UX researchers to translate requirements into robust UI components.
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and inclusive design.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the design culture.

What we're looking for

• Experience designing and maintaining design systems for web applications.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma) and design token management.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking and component-driven design.
