Automations and controls Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop control systems and automation solutions.
• Prepare project specs with justification, cost savings, timeline, and resources.
• Manage third-party integrators; perform FAT and SAT validations.
• Develop HMI programs for machine interactions and security.
• Implement communications between devices and systems (SAP/MII, MES, SCADA, Remote Access).
• Integrate vision systems for validation and defect mapping.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in electrical/mechanical control systems in manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of motion control theory and safety system integration.
• Experience with IEC61131-3 languages for PLCs, PACs, DCS, MES, SCADA.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with electrical schematics, wiring, and instrumentation.
