Automations and controls Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop control systems to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet process goals.
• Write and debug IEC61131-3 PLC/PAC/DCS/MES/SCADA programs.
• Develop HMI, alarms, and security features for machine interfaces.
• Validate systems with FAT/SAT, tests, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years in electrical/control systems in manufacturing.
• IEC61131-3, PLC/PAC/DCS/MES/SCADA programming.
• Motion control, safety integration, and cobot integration.
• Vision systems and data exchange with MES/SAP/MII.
• Power distribution up to 480 VAC and panel design.
