- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging equipment (PLC, sensors, motors, drives).
- Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automation components.
- Interpret electrical schematics and machine prints to diagnose faults.
- Install, commission, and start up new automation equipment and upgrades.
- Perform preventative maintenance on motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
- Assist with troubleshooting and optimization of high-speed packaging lines.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years experience with automated industrial or packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation systems.
- Read electrical schematics and machine documentation.
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial control components.
- Familiar with sensors, relays, motor controls, and VFDs.
- Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley and Mitsubishi.
