📋 Description

• Provide first-line service for automated processes and instrumentation at Union City.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance for lab instruments and automation systems.
• Perform equipment qualifications, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues; coordinate vendor support and escalations as needed.
• Draft and revise documentation related to equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain GDP-compliant service records and organized spare parts inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 1+ year servicing liquid handlers, or 2+ years in a technical service role (biotech, medical devices, clinical lab, or related).
• Familiarity with coding basics and flow control logic used in automation workflows.
• Understanding of clinical laboratory assays and their applications.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimal direction.
• Ability to interpret data to prioritize work and guide troubleshooting.
