📋 Description

  • Provide first-line service for automated processes and instrumentation at Union City.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
  • 1+ year servicing liquid handlers, or 2+ years in a technical service role (biotech, medical devices, clinical lab, or related).
  • Familiarity with coding basics and flow control logic used in automation workflows.
  • Understanding of clinical laboratory assays and their applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimal direction.
  • Ability to interpret data to prioritize work and guide troubleshooting.
