Automation Engineer - Professional Services

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to understand problems, needs, and goals.
• Deliver AI and Custom Services projects for customers.
• Design and configure apps on the Five9 platform for customer needs.
• Provide configuration advice and problem resolution on Five9 product.
• Give customized training to ensure customers understand these solutions.
• Conduct consulting engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with intelligent virtual agents and NLU engines (Dialogflow CX, Lex, Watson).
• Ability to listen, separate problems from solutions, and present options clearly.
• Self-starter with strong time management; able to multitask with minimal oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
