• Design and configure Five9 apps for customer needs, with integrations.
• Provide configuration advice and problem resolution on Five9 products.
• Provide customized training to ensure customers understand the solutions.
• Consulting engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with intelligent virtual agents and NLP engines (Dialogflow CX, Lex, Watson).
• Strong communication: listen, define problems, and present options clearly.
• Self-starter with strong time management; manages multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
• Excellent English; quick learner; builds relationships; travel up to 10%.
