🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years in Professional Services Implementation (Cloud/telephony).
- Strong English verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of hosted SaaS, VoIP, IVR, Call Center practices.
- Willing to travel up to 10% nationally with occasional international travel.
- Experience with IVAs and NLP engines (Dialogflow, Lex, Watson) and APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON).
