Inspect and service PLCs, SCADA, HMI, robotics, and sensors.
Diagnose malfunctions to minimize downtime; update/backup control programs.
Implement preventive/predictive maintenance; develop maintenance schedules.
Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, OSHA, NFPA) during maintenance.
Collaborate with production, engineers, and external vendors; train maintenance staff.

🎯 Requirements

PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider)
HMI/SCADA and industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet)
Robotics, vision systems, and industrial drives (VFDs, servos)
Control panel design, wiring, and electrical schematics
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
3+ years in automation maintenance/engineering in industrial setting
Bachelor's degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering
Certifications (preferred): Siemens TIA, Rockwell, or equivalent
