Transfer, validate, and optimize automated QC workflows across workcells.
Support day-to-day operation of the Cell Q platform and QC lab.
Troubleshoot systems and assist production testing for compliant automation.
Collaborate with Quality Control, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, IT, and Quality.
Contribute to validation, training, documentation, and change control.
Design and maintain automated sample and reagent management workflows for high-throughput QC.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, CS, Biotechnology, or related field.
2+ years designing, implementing, and maintaining lab automation systems.
Experience programming and optimizing liquid handling methods.
Experience with Biosero's Green Button Go software.
Experience with lab analytical instruments and automated systems.
Experience integrating and managing assay results with LIMS.
