🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of software engineering in Python/JavaScript/Node.js.
Problem-solving mindset; translate business problems into tech solutions.
APIs fluency; experience with APIs, integrations, and system glue.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-directed; comfortable with ambiguity and independent prioritization.
Nice to Have: automation platforms, RPA, SQL/NoSQL.
