- Integrate, commission, and troubleshoot electromechanical automation systems with engineering.
- Develop and build new automation solutions; improve existing assets for production needs.
- Read and use system-level schematics (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
- Design, build, and wire industrial control panels to NFPA 79 and UL 508A standards.
- Design, implement, and commission PLC and HMI software using ladder logic and structured text.
- Specify and procure components, sensors, actuators, and hardware for control systems.
🎯 Requirements
- High school or equivalent + 2+ years in manufacturing; OR bachelor’s in engineering/math/science.
- 2+ years hands-on automation/controls in manufacturing.
- PLC and HMI programming: Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Logix5000.
- Design, build, and troubleshoot industrial control panels and automation systems.
- NFPA 70/70E/79 and UL 508A knowledge.
- Read/create electrical/pneumatic schematics with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, Visio, NX, or SolidWorks.
- 2nd shift: 3:30pm to 2:00am; overtime/weekends; forklift certification; physical requirements.
