Create, redline and modify electrical/pneumatic schematics using EPLAN and Visio.
Wire, commission and validate electromechanical and pneumatic controls.
Build control panels to NFPA 79 and UL 508A standards.
Design and commission basic PLC and HMI software.
Interpret logic for Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens TIA, and Allen-Bradley RSLogix.
Troubleshoot and modify PLC and HMI software.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science.
2+ years experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
PLC and HMI programming using Ladder Logic or Structured Text.
Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens TIA, and Allen-Bradley RSLogix experience.
NFPA 70/70E/79 and UL 508A knowledge.
Strong problem solving, communication, and documentation.
