Integrate and commission electromechanical production systems for the silicon packaging line
Validate and integrate vendor/OEM equipment for traceability and control
Develop, modify, and maintain PLC/SCADA/HMI software for wafer/panel packaging
Build and deploy new automation solutions to meet production requirements
Read and utilize system schematics for troubleshooting packaging equipment
Maintain factory operations with 5S, safety, and inventory control

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
2+ years programming in C/C++, Python, IEC 61131-3, or Java/Jython.
2+ years automation experience in manufacturing.
2+ years with mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot electromechanical systems with meters, scopes, PLC/SCADA tools.
Familiarity with SEMI standards, SECS-GEM, and MES integration.
